A much needed break

Dear friends

I don't know how many of you will even get this. Our computer is away getting fixed and I don't have our email address book to send out emails.

The Pioneers conference in Mt Hagen was a great time together as a team to learn from God's word, listening to the experience and teaching of John and Kofi - both gifted men. It was a truly blessed time.

We enjoyed the company of friends and also the chance to plan and discuss different issues. Please pray that there would be good opportunities to follow up together as a team and work well together to bring Glory to God through the work at Rumginae.

After conference we had always planned a little break. For different reasons we had a change of plan and are actually now having our break in Cairns. We are finding it very refreshing to be back in Australian culture. Without asking for sympathy - it is stressful living cross culturally, on 'show' all the time, & on call all the time in an environment that is not as developed or organised as our home country. We are really thankful for your prayers for us on the field.

I hope this is the last mention of Rosies teeth. It tugs at my heartstrings to see her go through it. She had 2 teeth taken out today and hopefully this will fix the problem with her tooth abscesses. She will have some wire spacers put in before we go back to PNG but hopefully that is the end of the problems. Otherwise, we are all in good health and enjoying the cool break down here in Cairns.

We probably won't give many more updates until we get back to Rumginae. We really hope to have our computer fixed and with us when we return 22nd April to Moresby then Hagen, 23rd to Rumginae (hopefully). Please pray for Dr Mike, Jen and Addy at Rumginae now.

We pray you understand and are filled with wonder this Easter remembering what Jesus did for us when He died upon that cross.

Were the whole realm of nature mine, that were an offer'ing far too small
Love so amazing, so divine, demands my life, my soul, my all

God Bless

Daniel, Tammy, Tom, Rosie and Sam
